Industrial capacity utilization rates, first quarter 2016
Canadian industries operated at 81.4% of their production capacity in the first quarter, up from 80.9% in the previous quarter.
New Housing Price Index, April 2016
The New Housing Price Index (NHPI) rose 0.3% in April, following a 0.2% increase in March. This was the largest monthly advance since October and was mainly driven by new housing prices in Ontario.
Employer pension plans (trusteed pension funds), fourth quarter 2015
The market value of employer-sponsored pension funds grew 3.0% in the fourth quarter, following a 0.7% decline the previous quarter. Pension fund assets totalled $1.7 trillion.
Aircraft movement statistics: Small airports, February 2016
In February, take-offs and landings at 122 Canadian airports without air traffic control towers totalled 34,162 movements.
