Culture gross domestic product in Canada totalled $53.8 billion in 2016, a 1.5% increase from the previous year, while economy-wide gross domestic product increased 1.8%.
Couriers and Messengers Services Price Index, January 2018
The Couriers and Messengers Services Price Index (CMSPI) increased 1.6% in January following a 0.9% gain in December. The index has increased in each of the last four months.

Total operating revenues (excluding subsidies) for urban transit companies were $331.9 million in December.

The six Canadian Level I air carriers flew 6.6 million passengers on scheduled and charter services in December, up 7.1% from December 2016.
Characteristics of international overnight travellers, third quarter 2017
Canadian residents made 9.3 million overnight trips abroad in the third quarter of 2017, spending $10.2 billion. Of these trips, 6.2 million were to the United States, accounting for $4.5 billion in spending.
Employment services, 2016
The employment services industry group reported an operating revenue of $13.4 billion in 2016, down 0.9% from the previous year. Operating expenses decreased by 0.4% to $12.9 billion, resulting in an operating profit margin of 3.6%, down from 4.1% in 2015.
