Investment in non-residential building construction, fourth quarter 2016
Investment in non-residential building construction totalled $12.3 billion in the fourth quarter, down 0.7% from the previous quarter. This was the seventh decrease in eight quarters. Nationally, the decline reflected lower spending on commercial and industrial building construction.
Crude oil and natural gas: Supply and disposition, October 2016
Canada produced 20.0 million cubic metres (126.0 million barrels) of crude oil and equivalent products in October, up 7.5% compared with the same month in 2015.
Farm Input Price Index, third quarter 2016
The Farm Input Price Index decreased 0.8% in the third quarter. The decline was largely attributable to lower prices for animal production (-2.0%), mainly cattle (-6.5%).

In the second quarter, the number of domestic trips increased 0.3% from the same quarter of 2015 to 80.1 million. Total expenditures for those trips increased 0.2% to $11.5 billion.
