Milled wheat and wheat flour produced, Canada and United States, 2024
Canadian millers milled 3.3 million tonnes of wheat in 2024, down 0.8% from 2023, while total flour produced decreased to 2.5 million tonnes, down 1.3% compared with the previous year.
