Consumer Price Index, April 2026
The Consumer Price Index (CPI) increased 2.8% year over year in April, up from an increase of 2.4% in March. On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, the CPI rose 0.3% in April.
New Housing Price Index, April 2026
The New Housing Price Index (December 2016=100) is now available for April.
