Distributions of household economic accounts for income, consumption and saving of Canadian households, first and second quarters of 2021
Household income inequality was at the lowest level ever recorded since the beginning of this data series in 1999. Household disposable income increased in both the first and second quarters of 2021 for the lowest-income households.

This release of the distributions of household economic accounts, which provides new data up to the second quarter of 2021, reveals that the least wealthy and youngest households increased their net worth by more than other households since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in the second quarter of 2020.
Dairy statistics, August 2021
The total amount of milk sold off farms in August increased 1.3% year over year to 802 716 kilolitres. Meanwhile, milk sold off farms for fluid purposes remained flat at 216 745 kilolitres. Milk sold off farms for industrial purposes rose 1.8% year over year to 585 971 kilolitres.
Oilseed crushing statistics, September 2021
Oilseed processors crushed 778 402 tonnes of canola in September. Oil production totalled 320 564 tonnes, while meal production totalled 458 105 tonnes.

Millers milled 272 588 tonnes of wheat in September, while wheat flour production totalled 209 644 tonnes.
