Energy statistics, June 2025
Primary energy production rose 2.0% in June, with gains being recorded in three of six sectors. Meanwhile, secondary energy production decreased 4.8%, mainly from a decline in refined petroleum products.
Quarterly capital spending: Oil and gas industries, second quarter 2025
Capital expenditures in the oil and gas extraction industries totalled $11.2 billion in the second quarter of 2025, up 1.7% from the first quarter.
