Gross domestic product by industry, October 2015
Real gross domestic product was unchanged in October, after falling 0.5% in September. Gains in mining, quarrying, and oil and gas extraction as well as the public sector were offset by declines in manufacturing, utilities and retail trade.

Sales in the food services and drinking places subsector increased for the fourth consecutive month, rising 0.3% to $5.1 billion in October. In the 12 months to October, prices for food purchased from restaurants were up 2.7%, the same growth rate as in September.Continue reading
