Retail trade, April 2016
Following a 0.8% decline in March, retail sales rose 0.9% to $44.3 billion in April. Sales were up in 7 of 11 subsectors, representing 64% of total retail sales.
Balance sheet of the agricultural sector, December 31, 2015
Equity in Canada’s farm sector reached $474.3 billion on December 31, 2015, up $25.7 billion (+5.7%) from the same date a year earlier. It was the smallest percentage increase since 2009.
Mushroom Growers’ Survey, 2015
Canadian mushroom growers reported 6.2 million square feet of growing area in 2015, up 7.5% from 2014.

Quarterly data for Government Finance Statistics (GFS), a system that presents fiscal statistics using the international standard GFS developed by the International Monetary Fund, are now available. This standard allows consistent aggregation and analysis across countries.
