Gross domestic product by industry: Provinces and territories, 2018
In 2018, real gross domestic product (GDP) increased in nine provinces and in all territories, but declined in Newfoundland and Labrador. Among the provinces, the strongest growth occurred in Prince Edward Island (+2.6%), followed by Quebec (+2.5%). New Brunswick real GDP edged up 0.1%.
