Investment in building construction, March 2021
Total investment in building construction increased 5.9% to $18.6 billion in March, led by the residential sector.
Data availability: General Social Survey – Canadians’ Safety, 2019
The full dataset for the 2019 General Social Survey (GSS) – Canadians’ Safety is now available. In addition to the information that was released in November 2020, this final release includes data from the territories, the Incident File (details of vandalism, thefts, threats and non-conjugal assaults that occurred over the previous 12 months), and income data. The November 2020 file included provincial data on perceptions of crime and safety, intimate partner violence, fraud, and discrimination, as well as health and well-being.
