Study: Linking labour demand and labour supply: Job vacancies and the unemployed
In the two-year period from January 2015 to December 2016, there was an average of 1.33 million unemployed persons and 390,100 vacant jobs in Canada. Taken together, there were 3.4 unemployed persons for each job vacancy.
Survey of Drinking Water Plants, 2015
Drinking water plants produced 5 020 million cubic metres of potable water in 2015, down slightly from 2013.
Air fares, first quarter 2017
Base air fares in Canada, domestic and international combined, averaged $224.40 in the first quarter, down 0.6% from the same quarter in 2016 and continuing the downward trend that began in the second quarter of 2015. Base air fares do not include taxes and user fees.
