Supply and disposition of refined petroleum products, July 2015
Canadian refineries received 8.8 million cubic metres of crude oil in July, up 0.3% compared with the same month in 2014.
Quarterly Retail Commodity Survey, second quarter 2015
Retail sales increased 2.2% from the second quarter of 2014 to $135.5 billion in the second quarter. Higher sales in 8 of the 10 major commodity groups were tempered by lower sales of automotive fuels, oils and additives.
Surveying and mapping services, 2013
Industries involved in surveying and mapping services reported $3.0 billion in operating revenue and $2.7 billion in operating expenses in 2013, resulting in an operating profit margin of 11.4%. Alberta accounted for 54.2% of operating revenue, followed by Ontario (13.6%) and Quebec (11.5%).
