Trans Mountain Receives Decision on Variance Application

Trans Mountain received a ruling from the Canada Energy Regulator (CER) today that approved our variance request with conditions for the Mountain 3 Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD), in the Fraser Valley between Hope and Chilliwack, BC.

Trans Mountain will now proceed in compliance with the order approving the variance.

Trans Mountain appreciates the timely response from the CER.

Construction on the Trans Mountain Expansion Project is now more than 98 per cent complete.
