Saskatchewan has set the bar when it comes to forming out-of-country economic relationships.
And that has had a major impact on how the rest of the country goes about its business.
That was the discussion surrounding how Saskatchewan is Changing Canada at the 2015 Saskatchewan Forum Tuesday.
Executive Director of the Greater Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce, Kent Smith-Windsor, says prime examples are the uranium deal with India and the many deals surrounding lentils.
